Lastword, I'm still waiting for a reply to the email below sent to the Registrar of the High Court (Pretoria) on 9 December 2010, if you want to follow up you can ring him direct.

I have an interest in the case of Myeleti Minerals (Pty) Ltd -v- Minister for Minerals & Energy that was heard, to the best of my knowledge, in the North Gauteng High Court earlier this year.

The matter, I am told, has been referred to the Supreme Court of Appeals and an appeal was lodged with that court on 4 October.

I have searched extensively on the internet in an attempt to find the High Court judgment but can't locate it anywhere.

I wrote to the Office of the Chief Master recently and the Assistant Master (Customer Care) referred me to you; I was hoping that you could assist me in obtaining a copy of the judgment.

Thank you for your kind attention to this request and I look forward to your reply.
