Do you see any moral or legal issue with company not being permitted to release to market, but happy to release to individuals? Are the breaching confidentiality by doing so?
Thankfully HC posters are only willing to share summary of email/phone conversation and not the actual emails. Means HC posters have more morals than company.
I can see PL coming a cropper if he isnt careful. It only takes one disgruntled shareholder to bait him in an email, and then forward the email to opposing legal counsel or ASIC.
He should just politely say 'no comment'. Let the game play out and make us all money.
