yes, I was responding to Kiwi's comment regarding
Beng and the DMR. He was responding in turn to my earlier question: 'are there any outstanding court cases?'

Kiwi said: 'This matter has been logged with the court, I have been advised ,and should be available to the public."

You replied that Kiwi should elaborate and "if he's right, that a bit of gamesmanship is going on here, I've always thought that the B Tribe would need to roll its 50% of the N farm into the NKP mix because, as a shared stand alone asset, it would be of no interest to any major player in the industry."

Kiwi, do you have a reference for your comment that Beng and the DMR have a Court date?

Does anyone know for sure if there is a court case between Beng and the DMR?

If there is no Court case and no one knows of one, then we are just waiting for the JV partners to sign.

Essentially, the feedback I have been given, is that we are waiting on the JV partners to sign up and that is about to happen.
