I guess that if the recent DMR decision over the Tubatse farms had gone againt NKP (which it really did by the way, the prospecting rights previouisly held by Genorah were reawarded to the RP tribe with Genorah as the BEE economic partner) then the company might as well have torn up the Garatau Project BFS and walked away. Is this what you're saying? You can't be serious, surely?
