What you put in your post saying I wrote is incorrect, glad you didnt put it in quotation marks.
If I thought anything concerning Hoepakrantz was immaterial I wouldnt of contacted the ASX. It's a prime asset that would decimate the share price if we lost it and I made that quite clear to the ASX. Your point is if legal issue's should be announced to share holders depending on market capitalization is up to the regulators not me.
