also note that the US is currently in a recession and does not look like it will come out of it anytime soon.

by my rough estimate, the NTA would be around 10 cents max. Which justify the current price of 1.4 cents

paying anything more than 1.4 cents for a trust that is about to go into administration dumb. There are better opportunities out there such as VPG and MDT, their leverage is much lower.
