MYR suffers at the hand of the shorters. Around 19% of MYR stock is currently shorted - speculators looking for the SP to drop. It is one of the most heavily shorted ASX stocks. It also suffers from a lack of property assets (compare HVN) so the worth of the stock is highly dependent on sales growth and margins, areas where MYR performance has been mediocre to say the least. I believe Sol Lew is watching MYR, but I suspect he is unlikely to act until MYR is writhing in its own demise. I am a disgruntled long time holder, and keep hoping that things will improve, but sadly the SP and company results just continue going south.
