Keep in mind IFE will be a relatively high cost producer in their initial stage (mainly transport costs), so the dollar movements can be seen as having a material impact on their overall profitability. I'd also look at the ramp up announcement BHP / Vale have made for their brazilian operations to kick in for 2014 as a driver for sellers, and throw in a terrible overall market so long as the AUD continues to climb- actual producers have taken a hefty hit as well over the last few days (AGO, GRR)
An announcement over debt financing would probably go a long way towards convincing buyers to jump in, there's still perceived risk until they have it signed.
