Peter replied to my email. He said the CIBA result shouldn't affect (most) of the other applications and that there would be some shareholder communication within the next 2-3 weeks regarding the company's overall status and fundraising issues.

I still hold, but showing a bit of a loss. Thankfully SLA should make that up and then some very soon.
