that 12c cap raise was in another galaxy, far far away from todays reality. if you look back now at some of the cap raises by say LKE, VUL or INR, they're probably never going there again in SP. SYA is 7c in production now. it's a hard market to raise capital and many have been burnt once already. AZL will struggle to raise capital from here out. The last few haven't gone well for them. Developers are raising upward of 700M to move forward.
