using low cost SYNGAS combusted to heat a boiler that produces steam that drives a turbine that spins a generator that is hooked to a regulator that goes to a transformer that is transported to another substation and stepped down along the wires through your distribution box and into the toaster that the electricity company bills you for its use that 'you' pay for which goes back to the electricity company that puts money into cougars account based on the time and location the electricity was consumed at and in, respectively.

So barring civil war, cougar is a cash machine!
