I don't think WZR should look into home loans at the moment. With rising interest rates and the massive risk of defaults coming they don't have the funding to withstand this.
My hope is that the share price tracks up slowly after the latest quarterly, then another positive next quarter could finally see it take off. The risk is that growth is slowly and defaults rising. But if they can maintain and even increase their profits the SP will rise.
