I think I've said in previous posts before - it's not impossible, but probably not likely. It's not as easy to do home lending as it is to do unsecured personal lending. It's completely different ball game. There's still a long road to go on the unsecured side before I could see a shift into that space. There is plenty of runway and a lot easier to pull business off the big banks in this space than it is in home lending. Home lending is complex and the regulatory framework and capital requirements as well as funding makes it a lot more challenging
