I also think it is a long-term buy. If they can execute the merger smoothly and fulfill their vision to turn VUK into this modern tech driven bank with a bit more cool cred than the old Clydesdale or Yorkshire, it could go very well. I'm hoping to sell half my holdings around $4 and then keep the rest long-term (5 years)
