    Yep, just that pesky storage issue to sort out.
    Honestly I'd like to see a concerted effort into solving the storage problem.
    And all talk about solar/wind is a distraction.

    Even storage without any renewables would go a long way to increasing efficiency of power generation and decreasing fossill fuel consumption.
    Such as hydro power, that's always existed in tandem with fossil fuels, however it's not scalable.
    (There's a limit to how many rivers you can dam).

    So the conversation must shift to creating real, scalable solutions to energy storage.
    Anything else is a waste of time.
