Ain't that the truth... The real-estate industry, an industry full of well established parasites. Now, I wonder who are the largest parasites in that game ?
Next subject: CMC-Markets have recently lowered their brokerages fees, minimum $10 or .1%, which ever is the greatest. However, their recently so called upgrade of the trading platform is absolute rubbish. It is the the old platform with a new coat of paint, but alas, has lost some of its functionality, is slow and is full of bugs. For time being, up until Feb 2011, the use of the platform is free of charge. I have emailed them about the problems, and yet to receive a response. But if the platform is not fixed by the time they intend to charge for it, I will be taking my business to another broker.
