I woudn't say all problems arise within the M E element, there are certain parts of Sydney dealing with other ethnic groups, and happening in well-established regions where there is certain kind of hush-hush to protect commercial interests ..the have-nots need education before they need the flash cars, only then will we make some social progress, IMHO
