Hey chuck that is correct. It was many years ago that state housing was placed in clusters.

Now I think in a street it must be 1 state house to 9 or 11 private houses therefore spreading them out! State houses being built these days are beautiful and it is a requirement of their tenancy to keep the property to street standard - I think most do this!

I also think it is the way to go and a bit of pride goes a long way!
