with all the wild speculation going on i thought i'd add to the discussion

the 200MT figure was announced december 2007 as being based on Test work completed by the Indian Government

i assume that this figure was reached not using the JORC resource estimation code, so i think the delay is the result of confirming this figure

so i don't think there was enough time to drill and test new zones

also, the merger deal has to be sweeter than the previous proposed JV. Therefore, a 50% deal might be likely with 300m more shares issued - giving it a market cap of 60m and an EV$/tonne of $0.5 at 10c which is still cheap
