    I think in light of the recent SP performance (world turmoil asaide) that MS should ann to the market that there is no reason why the SP is where it is (other than world turbulence etc) Normally I would not agree to such action, but there seems to be too much Panic and very little confidence with CVI right now.

    I just cant see how such an ann would hurt.
