    "Can anyone explain why the price is down at these levels given that they are raising money at 20c."

    They hope to raise money at 20c, not that they are raising money at 20c.

    IPR claimed that they would do the same, raising at 20c when the sp was 8c. Needless to say, it never happened.

    Would you buy 50c coins for $2 each?
