If 95% of shareholders on the market lose money it is because they do not have trust in themselves and sell.
If you needed this money that quick and sold, then you shouldn't have invested in the first place.
It is called an 'investment' for a reason. You will never learn. You will cry when it will go up. As usual.

I always told myself: I'd rather cry because I lost money -On paper- than cry because I sold too early.
