miner Fortescue Metals Ltdreversed a fall of over 1
percent to rise 2 percent on Thursday after China's Sinosteel
said it did not rule out taking a stake in Fortescue.
The shares stood up 1.8 percent at A$9.41 at 0343 GMT after
earlier being down over 1 percent.
