I've attempted to scale off the Dongfang field verses Neon in the past from the limited data available. From what I found I strongly doubt there is any current boundary issue of a discovered oil/gas pool extending in both permit areas.

The same may not be able to be said for an as yet undiscovered pool. Given Dongfang is on trend its quite possible there could be a shared resource in the future.

Staples, financing the Vietnam discoveries is likely to be a mix of debt, Cr and possible further farm down or sale. The later is more likely if both locations come in in my opinion.
