Doesent matter which telco you go to, or any other company for that matter, good customer service is hard to find and no one cares....,
It's about getting new customers, don't worry about the old.... they need to start rewarding existing customers as well as getting those new customers.
They need some new thinking and some young creativity...
Just IMO
In two minds if to add more or putt money into something else.....
