I see the main risk as being non inclusion of Cvac on Healthcare organisation (whether that be government or insurance) approved drug lists. If the cost/benefit ratio is not acceptable then we will have a company with an US FDA approved drug which only people who are wealthy can afford to pay for. Because the treatment is "bespoke" ie. tailored to a patient's own DNA the manufacturing process is not as simple as a drug which is mass manufactured.
