What separates Cvac from a host of other failed "miracle" drugs is:
A: It is safe, therefore the side-effects are minimal
B: It caters to an UNMET NEED
Therefore, the hurdles which Cvac needs to clear are reduced significantly.
Look at Dendreon, their particular Phase III results were far from spectacular.
