Patrys is a research-based company. R&D does create value and patents are valuable intangible assets. In theory SP should fluctuate around the fundamental value. But it is not always the case. Besides the true value, expectations from market matter a lot. Therefore it is a must for a listed company to have a good communication to investors and maintain their confidence in company's future. Fortunately Patrys has realised this and things would be getting better and better.

Another junior biotech stock AHZ seems to have set a good example. Impressed with their excellent lead product and their approach to handling (not manipulating) the market in a tactful way. They have brought in US institutional investors and have just completed CR last month to ensure their global business success.
