    maybe jack hills has LOT more and they are about to announce an upgrade plus sino can't afford to wait much longer so that could be on the cards.

    I read that they have only until Sept to finalise the 49.9% - but my info could be wrong.

    CHM their litigator may have given in and wont pay up.
