well i dropped a small amount of SDL yesterday afternoon to pick up PEN. Nothing sinister - just worth a switch if another stock gets smashed by 40% over a few weeks and its fundamentals are still good.

IMHO SDL has its upside capped (in the absence of alternative bids). Still like the SDL story and will get in again later if Gillard can find some way to splash some significant socialist cash my way to buy my vote.
