Hi Westcott, on November 30 the CGGC contract was suggested to be sitting on a desk. I would suggest it sat on that desk for much longer given the finalization of the contract some say was originally destined to be  announced at the AGM.

I have been led to believe the CGGC contract signing is not being delayed but being rolled into something more comprehensive.

We know that the Cameroon Government had seized the initiative (as far back as 2 months ago) to be in charge of mine finance and equity. You would expect CongoIron to also have been intimately involved in that process (which I agree with you could already be completed).

I am told the "nature of the beast" has since grown a lot bigger than just that of China SOE vs Sundance with respect to the mine equity negotiations.

I think Wally wasn't mincing his words at the AGM when he said a RE-RATING event is on the horizon. (let alone merely a de-risking event).
