    Hi Squidd.

    The EPC contract is surely a sign that Funding is in place. I would have thought that the Chinese would Not sign the EPC Agreement without the Funding being guaranteed.
    The Chinese also know that the EPC contract needs the Mines to be Funded as well, for the EPC to go ahead.
    Just my opinion.
