Hi Squidd,
I can hardly imagine CGGC will sign up to an EPC to construct infrastructure for Mbalam (and then making statements to that effect in their prospectus for a Global IPO, dated 27 November 2015, to list 8.8billion shares on the HK stock exchange) without a very high degree of certainty that funding will happen and all but locked away. That would be misleading the entire world don't you think.
