Again. I have a distinct feeling that the Chinese won't allow any other entities to fund the mine portion of the project.

Without Chinese finance, the port and rail doesn't get off the ground.

If the Chinese state that port & rail finance is conditional on them getting the entire project, or a massive amount of project equity, the Cameroon Government isn't going to say no because then the port and rail will never be funded.

This is what is termed as "leverage." The Chinese have nearly all of it here. That's enough for me on this topic, all that's left now is to wait.
