But I struggle to see how China providing $60 Billion of development funding and loans to Africa and who just gave away a whole bullet train project to Indonesia ($5 Billion without guarantees) would want to be SEEN by the world to be profiting from a few cheap shares via a partial conversion by Hanlong (recently described as a trouble maker, not being in the interest of all Sundance shareholders, demanding multiple board seats, mischievously trying to creep up on the register to be just shy of 20% and whose former Australian head's Steven Xiao's guilt verdict of the "worst kind in Asic's history just had to conveniently happen last week).

IMO, China will do everything to avoid such a shameful and embarrassing scenario.
