I accept that SDL project will go ahead but with Who??? There are no doubt of Cam Gov will get the loan and built the Rail and Port. But Who will borrow the money to SDL for Mine ??? That is the big question. Yes, Chinese is investing for long decades but as we can see, they are not straight ppl when it is about Money and profit. They do every possible way to get everything cheap. Do you think, SDL have any hope of any borrower? Dead line already set for SDL . If No borrower in within Timetable, SDL will be Dead. Chinese know about it.. very very worry about that...
