DOW = meaning of the overall market.
if they set up the "bad bank" is that going to be the panacea..????
will taking the toxic waste from the balance books free up lending again..????
so the banks can again start the whole process over again, lending and in a few years be back to square one.
no question about it the financial sector is like a bunch of rabbits caught in a spotlight (paralyzed and cannot move).
lets hope they can find a solution quickly as many are suffering.
