Can anyone enlighten me what the latest law is regarding end of year tax selling ?
Can you sell COE (or anything else) on the 30 June and deduct the loss from other profitable share trades and immediately buy them back on the 1st of July at the still fairly depressed price.
I vaguely remeber that they changed the law in that regard.... does anyone know if there is a time period involved ?
