Stratovarious, I suggest that you download the latest prelim report and see the commentary. They reckon 2 loss making projects have come to an end and order book looks good etc... etc... The loss booked for the full year was also slightly less than forecast when they previously warned. I guess the question is - do you believe they can turn it around and will the new projects be managed profitably or be loss making - what margins did they bid for this work on and how realistic are the project plans and cost estimates. Still convinced that with this mob that it all comes down to margins that have previously always been too low. 2 loss making projects now ended - question then is - how would I know that the recently won projects will be profitable? You would like to think that 2006 should be better - looks like the market is starting to think so and give the new management a chance (could a takeover be a possibility?).
I will invest my money elsewhere though.
