That being the case why such a huge change in sentiment this morning ?
The big inst. sure know how to play games. Although the sell / buy ratio has gone 10 to 1 this morning the
price is stuck on 1.67.
As you say buying a million shares knowing you are going to make a few percent in 2 months ain't bad.
