Paulyevad,It is an absolute steal for COE to pick up approx 30m IPM at approx $1.30 under the low value of the 2nd target statement.Regardless of the final outcome COE can only come out of it stronger but for the moment the uncertainty of the T/O outcome will be having a negative impact imo.Once things are settled,no doubt COE will attract plenty of attention.
