Jesimore,'the former IPM'ers'are not likely to want dump their COE shares seeing they were prepared take them in exchange for their IPM shares. Those that feel COE shares are overvalued where they are would probably want to swap their $2 coins for 50c ones because they are bigger & shinier.The dilution of the extra shares issued in no way matches the value that COE has gained from acquiring IMP shares @ probably less than half their true value.This is SP positive for COE.
