MLX currently have 2.36% of ABY, which is a long way from 20%.
Assuming that the majority shareholder won't sell their stake then MLX will have to suck up a large percentage of the free-float, c. 40% to achieve this 20% requirement.
However, if you're confident that they will achieve that level, or waive that requirement, then you're on-the-money and a good way to pay 90c for $1.02 as it currently stands.
Assessing the risk-reward of getting stuck with ABY if MLX pulls out vs. the profits from c. 13% arb is a judgement call ...
