To whoever mentioned oil & gas, I believe TPL do not hold rights for them so that is NOT a possibility.

TPL hold some fabulous leases for Coal but I've seen nothing to suggest that the management can do anything with them. I think Mark Gunther leaving and not being replaced suggest prospects are not great for a quick fire up.
The recent run up doesn't look to be coming to anything so I will wait for positive news before I enter again
