Have spoken to a company owner who deals in Graphite export from the Yichang area.

Thought I would help out you TON'ers as most of you do no research at all it seems.

Anyway, some questions put to my man regarding Yichang Xincheng Graphite

Employees 100 -500?
He thinks 50 -60 would be close to the mark

Revenue $2bln year?
He said yes about 6-8 company in the area would have revenues of $1-2bln year.
However he said that would be in Renminbi not US dollars
So in US terms would be around $150 - $320m  year revenue.

100,000T year?
He thinks this seems very high, will end up being 20 - 30,000T year max in his opinion.

Company been in existance 20 years?
No been in existence he thinks since 2003 (12 years) but did say the owner was also a exporter well before start of this company and has some patent technology, so may well be 20 years all up, just not this actual company.

largest graphite exporter?
yes one of the bigger exporters, but mainly sheets and gaskets.



So imo the company owner probably has been in the graphite export market for 20 odd years, their revenue is a lot less than has been alluded too (albeit second hand confirmation), thinks the 100,000T per year is high but who knows in 5-10 years time might be fair enough, current reality would be maybe 20-30,000T, is a larger exporter in the area for graphite related product

So lets go with say 25,000T at $1000T

Income for TON = $25m
Costs @ say $500T = $12.5m

Profit = $12.5m p.a

So hope this clears up some of the questioning on here, my man is by no means 100% sure of revenue numbers for the company or whether they will end up needing 100,000T pa......but as he is in the industry, albeit smaller level, close to the company, one should at least listen imo.

Even at say $12.5m still a good result for holders, but TON may need to get a couple more offtake like deals away before anyone will fund the $150m plant cost.

The company has stated they are in talks with others, so my be the point here.
