"When does it become too expensive??"

Fuel price and bums on seats is what drives airline profitablity.

Fuel is hedged long term but this does not stop the market factoring it in immediatly. Oil price is failry stable at present so fingures crossed there.

Bums on seat. you will notice that capacity increased in latest operating figures. This is not good, availabilty is vacant seats.

Load factor also increased. My target is 75c from my 35c buy, others are far more optimistic, looking at $1.50.

Thats the market !!

SP should increase in the short term imo due to XMAS being a profitable period historically.
