i think the key here is that another raising would kill the company. this is last chance stuff imo. who knows what tomorrow will bring in the global economy? another collapse overseas and credit freezes we are doomed.

Debt is bad, investors hate it, the company had no choice when they raised this debt they had to it was right in the midst of the worst of the crisis. doomsday. noone knew if there would be a bank open tomorrow.

Raise the cash, get the monkey off the back and let management prove their worth. The gold is there this can provide positive shareholder returns imo.
