    I worked out a NPV with dicount of 5%. This includes the minumum royalty of $3 per ton over 10 years and $2 a ton over 4 years at 6 tons per year mined.
    NPV on that side project alone I estimate at 254million
    CFE Price at posting: 10.5¢ Sentiment: Buy Disclosure: Held
