I have been reviewing some old information
Europian Lithium, which aims to list on AIM in London, was demerged from Global Strategic Minerals, which was 35% owned by CFE. And GSZ had 80% of the Austrian lithium project.
A pro-rata in specie share placement was done to shareholders, which means that CFE now owns 35% of 80% of the Wolfsburg lithium project in Austria to be listed on AIM.
Once that occurs, then CFE can be valued more precise by the value of those listed shares.
At present it is all a guesstimate.
However, Europian Lithium hopes to raise 5 million pounds and for that will give away 16% of the project. Not giving away much are they.?
Since we will have 35% of 80% that gives a guesstimate of the value of CFE's shares in that project.as tthey will have more than 16% of the shares.
