I never rely on these stupid banks to give me accurate information. First thing I usually go for is an Appendix B announcement where it lists total shares and options and then ,ultiply it out.

Marketcap is just an arbitrary value that you use as a guide so its up to you whether you calculate out the options or not. As someone suggested though there is no guarantee that the options will be exercised and personally when options are so long-dated 2011 and 2014 I dont think the general market would take them into account when evaluating marketcap for comparison purposes.
